Mark and his wife Linda have been married for 40 years and have three sons: Neil, Bryce, and Will.

Mark founded Youth Venture Teen Centers in 1992 and is the founding Pastor of Foothills Church along with his brother Dave. Thousands of young people come through the doors of Foothills every week and countless lives have been transformed through the ministries of the Future Quest Youth Conference, the after school Bible Clubs, the three Christian schools, and other ministries led by Mark. Mark’s son, Neil Hoffman is in transition to succeed Mark as senior pastor of Foothills.

For the last 20+ years Mark raised up Jeremy in the vision for reaching youth through teen centers. He now serves on the board of Visit Ministries.

Mark is a life-long surfer and has passed on that love to his sons and grandsons. He is also a dominant ping pong player.
